Dear friends, the establishment of a Kins Domain Settlement here in Western Australia will soon be a reality. Currently there are two expressions of intent to join the community and I am seeking any additional expressions of interest for members. We will be having a meet and greet within the next few weeks, and all who are interested are welcome to attend. I will post details next week after any additional responses are recieved and a time is organised.

The website for the Kin Domain Settlement outlining draft concepts and legal structures is available for viewing at http://www.revelationsky.org.au. I am seeking ten families as a start-up (although more is possible). The land is to be purchased outright by myself and then strata titled back to individual kin domain holders, initialy buy-in price would be around $45,000... less if more families are available.

Quick update on the WA Kins Settlement. At this stage land will be purchased mid April 2010 as funds will then be available. There are currently three potential properties that I am investigating...

And the updates continue . My home sold today, so funds are now 99% assured to purchase the land for the kins settlement. I am heading down to the Mount Barker area tomorrow to begin investigating properties in the area. Will post You Tube video when I get back so everyone can share in the excitement.

I know I'm not very active over here now... I tend to lurk in the Ning Group more... but a quick update for anyone here.
