Hi,

I live in a very tiny island in the middle of the Mediterranean. It is one of the most dense countries in the world with 400,000 people packed in 365 sq.km. It is logically impossible for even a fifth of the population to have a hectare of land. I wonder if there's any way around the obstacle....

Thanks,

Malcolm

According to Masanobu Fukuoka (legendary father of 'Natural Farming'), he reckons a family of four can sur-thrive on an acre, he lived in Japan though.
Maybe just condense all your thoughts into one resonant dream of an Island paradise, dripping with love and abundance..............
It going to happen anyway everywhere...........
Peace to you

Friends,

I want to share a few thoughts on this subject.

I don't think that everyone needs their own Space of Love quite yet. Of course eventually we will all have ours. There is plenty of land on this Earth for everyone to have their own Space of Love. Of course lots of things need to change. Until then I think as many people as possible should create their Spaces of Love. Everyone else should try to beautify the places that they currently live in. Once there are enough Spaces of Love and the Earth is beautified enough and feels the energy of billions of loving hands then we will see something very special happen. The collective consciousness alchemy will take over.

Also, one of the main reasons for each family to have their own 2.5 acres is so that they can grow all their own food. Since 1/2 to 2/3 is a living forest and of course you have your pond, living structure, etc it means that the actual garden area is not that big. If someone lives in a tropical place then I think it could be possible to create the 'sacred vortex' that is present when one co-creates their Space of Love in less than 2.5 acres. Since those who live in these hot and tropical places have much longer growing seasons (sometimes year round) it means that you can grow more food.

In Siberia where Anastasia's glade is there is a very short growing season. In other places the season is alot longer.

Food for thought!

Blessings,

Christopher

I am sure you can grow more food in tropical climates, but your forest can also produce lots of food you know! So don't count that out straight away. Look at www.pfaf.org, for some great ideas to create woodland gardens full of fruits, seeds, roots and salad producing plants and trees.
But on the topic, I suppose it's true that we can't all stay in the country we now live in, if we all want to have a space of love. We will have to spread out to 'empty' spaces, and turn deserts back into gardens. And I just learned that is possible, with use of permaculture.
It's also true that most people won't want to leave their cities yet, so they should make the cities a better place to live.
But for now you biggest problem is probably finding a hectare that is available and affordable. I suppose that's very difficult where you live now. You might have to consider moving to a less polpulated area.

good luck on finding a place

This is my situation. I have someone I love very deeply and I want to create a situation for our love to last forever. I think he cares for me too, but we are only in the beinning stages of anything. Anastasia said that the only way for love to stay with two people is to build a domain together. I just happened to start off lucky, my mom owns property anyway, but then later I found that I can't really do anything with it, so I'm thinking about leaving in search of another place. I was thinking about just taking a barren piece of land and starting. Cause I can't imagine ever being able to afford my own land. It is deeply discouraging to me because I love this person so much and want to set up a future and a family. On top of that I have a daughter, she's a little over two. So I'm thinking about it, I mean she did say take back your motherland people. So I figured if I do take this bit of land and someone tries to take it from me after I've already got a hous on it and trees and it was clearly barren before and never owned in the used sense of the word then I could take this to court and present the land issue before people, and then people will hear Anastasia's idea. I feel very involved in this because her books gave me a purpose and a will to keep trying and I feel very much that I want America to be a happier place. I want people to see there is a better way. Not that I have any idea what I'm doing as far as building goes, I can garden semi okay, but I need a home for my daughter not to mention the person I like. Does anyone have any ideas? It would be greatly appreciaterd. My email is ghandiandsandra@yahoo.com (ghandi was the name of an old cat I had) Thanks.

OM shanti, I live in a small country with a lot of people. The Netherlands.
41580 km2 with over 16 million people. that would be a quarter of an hectare to spare.

So, ground or plots, are quite expensive considered to surrounding countries. Already many dutch are moving to other countries like belgium or germany because of the better living conditions. The question is however, where is your real motherland.

I am trying to dream my paradise-conditions and eventually it will take me where it is best. I have to say that 'dark forces' are really heavy in highpopulated countries and I am confronted with it every day. No wonder I am longing for my 'own' space so desperately.

We have many buildings like terraced houses and always hearing your neighbours, which I absolutely do not fever. (i hear all the doors from my neighbour so not much sleep if your unlucky).

But one day, 'soon it hopefully be though', I hope to have achieved my dream.

greetz, Ruth

I understand the problem. We have to acknowledge though that it is an artificial problem because it is about artificial and not naturally existing boundaries/borders.
Yes, in countries like The Netherlands there is not enough room for all people/families to have an own hectare. But you have to look at it at world-scale. So it means we as mankind should live more spread over the world.

Cities appear and grow only because of economic reasons. Having natural motivation makes people want to live more spread. In the cities many people get socially isolated and lonesome because people get distracted all the time. Although I can see the relative advantages of city life, I think that it is not healthy. There is a lot of pollution, not only physical but also mental. With so much psychic activity in a small area you can get a lot of psychic disturbance.
Living in a rural and natural area will improve peoples mental state and will help to get the balance of human influence on nature to the positive side in stead of the negative.

Even the Christian bible is supporting the spreading of human life (while ofcourse the opposite is happening in this Christian-based world): "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it".
I read it as: live your life positive and healthy, share your joy, spread life and love over the world, and co-operate and co-create with the (mother) earth.

There is a tendeny of overcoming borders, especially in Europe. But as we all know that is again because of economic reasons. Somehow we have to make sure the motivations of ourselves, our fellow man and society as a whole are based on nature and love.
